Texas Roadhouse Rolls

Texas Roadhouse Rolls

Whisk bread flour and yeast together in the bowl of a stand mixer. Set aside.

On the stove, heat milk, honey, water, and butter until warm.

Add milk mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix with a dough hook for 2 minutes.

Add remaining bread flour, salt, and eggs. Mix until well combined.

Add all-purpose flour, 1 cup at a time, until the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl.

Knead dough for 5-8 minutes on a floured surface until smooth and elastic. Let rise in a greased bowl until doubled in size, about 1 hour.

Roll dough into a rectangle 1/2-inch thick. Cut into 24 rectangles. Place on buttered baking sheets.

Let rise for another 30 minutes, until puffy. Bake for 15-18 minutes, until golden.

If desired, brush with salted butter after the Texas Roadhouse rolls come out of the oven.
