Quick  Pickled Cucumbers

Prep cucumbers

1.

Slice cucumbers and place them in a clean glass jar.

Add brine

2.

Bring water, sugar, and white vinegar to a boil and carefully pour over the sliced cucumbers.

Refrigerate

3.

Cool to room temperature, cover, and refrigerate for at least several hours or overnight.

Enjoy as a simple snack, on a sandwich, or as part of a charcuterie board!
