Made with just a handful of ingredients, this creamed corn cooks in the Crockpot while you make the rest of the meal. This easy, delicious corn is the perfect side dish for holiday dinners, cookouts, or a weeknight meal.
Add corn, cream cheese, butter, and sugar to a 3-quart slow cooker. Add a pinch of salt and several grinds of black pepper. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours, stirring occasionally.
40 ounces frozen corn, 8 ounces cream cheese, ½ cup salted butter, ¼ cup granulated sugar
Taste and season with additional salt and black pepper as desired. Serve warm.
