Perfect  Rhubarb Pie

Bottom crust layer

1.

Mix together flour + sugar. Sprinkle 1/3 of the mix over the bottom of an unbaked pie crust.

Add rhubarb

Add chopped rhubarb on top of the flour/sugar mixture.

Finish the filling

Top the rhubarb with the rest of the flour/sugar mixture.

Add the top crust

4.

Add the top crust and crimp the edges to seal. Bake on the bottom rack at 450ºF for 15 min, then finish at 350ºF.
