Blueberry Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

whole mango
peeled, diced, and frozen

frozen blueberries

ripe banana
frozen
1/2
cup
blueberry yogurt
1/2
cup
almond milk
1/2
cup
orange juice
1/4
cup
full-fat coconut milk for topping
optional
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients except for the coconut milk to a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
Pour the smoothie into two glasses. If desired, serve with a bit of coconut milk poured on top.
Notes
While the original recipe calls for blueberry yogurt (a recipe for which is in the book), I used plain Greek yogurt and it was equally delicious!
